• Working with Deloitte as a part of the (Office of the US) Creative Services Team managing internal clients with graphic design projects ensuring client satisfaction with all services and deliverables. Accountable for the creative, visually appealing design, formatting, production, and delivery of rich media projects, professional-level presentations, high-end animation, proposals, reports, marketing materials, and other corporate collaterals. Producing large volumes of work and is responsible for dependent on effective teamwork and communication. In addition, responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to effectively leverage resources and maximize utilization and turnaround without compromising quality and the ability to produce large volumes of work consistently and accurately.

• Working with PwC as a part of the Service Delivery Centre (SDC) team. Managing creative solutions and responsible for ensuring a high standard of quality in deliverables. Visualizing design proposals and marketing materials and convert the complex chunk of data into a more meaningful visual and comprehend presentation. Participating in a wide range of projects and collaborating across multiple workstreams, stakeholders and ensuring smooth deliveries and maintaining professional work relationships and cultural values across the team.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

• Working as a Graphic Designer at Intel’s Employer Brand, managing and supporting various global and local creative design needs, in order to aid positioning Intel as an Employer of Choice among Intel’s talent target audience. Specialty includes creativity and artistry, while closely working with Intel’s Employer Brand and Corporate Brand guidelines. Projects include events collateral, digital & online assets, email templates, PowerPoint templates, posters, Infographics and more. Being part of the marketing services team, working closely with other Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition functions. This team is a part of the Talent Experience and Attraction Group within the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) organization in HR.

• Understanding the requirements and create Graphic/UI assets to meet the requirements. Support with the development of training collateral from a Graphic Design point of view. Demonstrating expertise in developing a range of creative presentations, collages, images, graphical user interfaces, icons that become components to customer products. Develop graphics and layouts for brochures, banners, training manuals, illustrations, and posters. My role includes contributing to the overall product strategy and vision, coordinating and planning the UX research, interaction design, visual design and working closely with the design team during execution.
